All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment. We can advise you of availability of any out of stock items. You will be contacted as soon as possible. No payments will be taken until stock orders and availability have been confirmed. If you have specified a separate delivery and invoice address, the invoice and receipts will still be posted directly via first class to the cardholders address.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with goods purchased from this site you may return them within 10 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.This will only apply if the goods are returned to us unused, in a saleable condition.We cannot be responsible for goods lost in the post.
We recommend using a method of postage that requires a signature.Postage and Packing charges are not refundable.
However, under the Distance Selling Regulations any item that is custom-made to order is not subject to the 10 day legal returns requirement.
